thanks guys. ali, yes, and it was slightly high for me, but not high in general. it was actually on a really stressful day too, so who knows. if i just don't work so much, my ankles aren't so bad. also, i think i'll get some compression socks tomorrow, everyone says they help.
Yes, I think it has to do with the huge hormonal change but it is sure a nuisance to change sleepwear 2 or 3 times a night. And, I don't remember being hot, just soaked and only at night for about 2 weeks starting right after delivery.

ReplyDeleteI am sorry! I hate that for you! Lot's of water! Like mom said you will sweat and pee it out. I soaked my sheets for a week!
